EU/UK Users: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase of digital content (Credits package) within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the Credits have not been consumed or used.

General Refund Policy

For non-EU/UK users, we offer a 7-day refund policy for unused credits. Refunds are prorated based on usage.

Unused credits: Full refund within 7 days of purchase
Partially used credits: Prorated refund within 7 days
After 7 days: No refunds except as required by law
